Every fire has its own story that poses unique and sometimes complex characteristics. Sifting through debris from a fire to determine the origin and cause, gathering all the facts, and collecting evidence is like completing a jigsaw puzzle without knowing what the picture looks like. Our qualified experts have the vision and knowledge to put all the pieces together and come up with an accurate picture of what actually occurred and what factors were brought together to result in the incident.

For over ten years now, we have been conducting Personal Property Inventories.  To date, we have conducted over 100 inventories to assist clients in identifying what was present at the time of a fire or other peril.  Inventories have been identified by NFPA 921 as a means in which an investigator can gather non combustible factors to opine a cause for the fire when the physical evidence is insufficient or not clear. But inventories are not confined to just the incendiary or undetermined fires - we often are called upon to identify the personal property when, for one reason or another, the owner cannot complete the process.
